I think I may be getting a bit of a reputation as the cassava flour girl! After returning from Bali last year (where cassava flour is used heavily), I realized just how awesome this gluten-free, grain-free flour was. So I wrote this post on what you need to know about cassava flour. And started whipping up recipe after recipe after recipe. Now, many of you have found me and Downshiftology through a Google search on cassava flour (hello, you!). Do I love cassava flour? Yes. But I also want to be clear that as much as I love it’s utility in the kitchen, I still keep it to a minimum in my daily life. Meaning, I probably only whip up a cassava flour recipe every couple of weeks…and typically favor more nutrient-dense recipe options. Then again, I usually keep all grain-free flours to a minimum in my life, including almond flour and coconut flour. Welcome to my world of sensitive digestion! BUT, when I do get a craving for something special, like what you see below, it’s wonderful to know that cassava flour can come to the rescue! So without further ado, here are 11 tasty cassava flour recipes. I hope they inspire you in the kitchen!
